b.box understands that internet shopping is different from being able to pick up and hold items the way you do in a physical store. That is why, if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, we will happily return or exchange the item(s), provided:
1.            Return Period and Method

All items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. No exchange, credit, or refund can be given after 30 days for change of mind or if you have made a wrong decision.
We recommend sending your return via tracked or express courier.
b.box is not responsible for any products lost or damaged in transit.

2.            Refunds & Exchanges
             Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned goods.
             If exchanging, and the replacement item costs more than the original, you will need to pay the difference.
             For exchanges, a standard local shipping charge will apply unless the item is faulty.
             Customized or discounted products are non-returnable unless defective.


3.            Condition of Items
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and in their original packaging, with tags attached.

4.            Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping times may increase during peak seasons such as sales or special promotions.
• Estimated delivery times Within Riyadh and Jeddah: up to 3 business days. Other cities in Saudi Arabia: 5 to 7 business days.
• Free shipping is available for orders of SAR 250 or more.
• There is no minimum order value required for delivery service.
• For orders below SAR 250 (excluding VAT), a fee of SAR 25 will be applied.

5.            How to Initiate a Return

             Product Name
             Request for Replacement, Exchange, Credit, or Refund

7.            Postage & Handling
Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless the product is deemed faulty.


8.            Non-Eligible Returns
Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if products are used, soiled, damaged, or returned without original packaging/tags. These items may be returned to the customer at their own cost.

9.            Purchases from Third-Party Retailers
b.box also sells products through distributors, Amazon.sa, and other online/offline stockists. For items purchased via a retailer or marketplace, please contact the place of purchase directly to arrange a return or exchange in accordance with their policy. Always keep your receipt and check the retailer’s return conditions.
