We're from Melbourne Australia, founded by two mums on a mission to make parenting easier. Mon and Dan started b.box over 15 years ago with a cardboard prototype and a whole lot of passion. Today they lead a team of over 90 people across Australia, Europe and the US.

It all began with our first baby, 'the essential baby box'. AKA the b.box. And the name stuck. No matter what product they're using, from drink bottles to lunchboxes, you'll hear consumers say that's 'my b.box' - the best brand endorsement of all!

Gender equality is a given at b.box. Not only are we female founded and run, but over 60% of our management team are women.

For us it's about inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs (girls and boys) to grow up and see the equally important, yet unique value and perspective female voices and vision can bring to the table.

Our founders have 5 daughters between them and want the next generation to understand what's possible - not just as 'girl bosses', but as strong and successful leaders and role models.
